Hi we're you able to stay within your budget? I'm looking at restoring a similar property in Dundalk, but worrying about what budget to plan for! Thanks
ReplyDeleteHi Tasha.
DeleteThese renovations are bear impossible to budget for. You'll hear conflicting information and budgets from a wide range of surveyors and architects. Fact is, no one knows what's really going on until you start lifting floor boards or removing render.
My initial budget has more than doubled and time frame extended massively as a result.
It'll be worth it though! Where are you looking at?
